Our Roots
St. Croix Dock proudly serves western Wisconsin, just 40 minutes from the Twin Cities, as a trusted provider and installer of FLOE and Hewitt boat docks and lifts. What began as a small venture less than a decade ago has evolved into a full-scale operation dedicated to meeting every lakefront need.
A Business Built on Need
The business was born from firsthand knowledge of the challenges homeowners face when installing and removing docks and lifts each season. Recognizing a local need, the founders launched St. Croix Dock—originally known as Lake Help—after carefully researching the best products available and establishing roots in St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin.
Beyond Docks & Lifts
Located on a busy route popular with both locals and weekenders, St. Croix Dock quickly realized another customer need: fun. That’s when the business expanded to include Wakeboss, a retail operation offering everything watersports—from beginner-friendly gear to pro-level equipment—all under one roof.
Expanding North
In spring 2020, St. Croix Dock opened a satellite location in Cumberland, WI, bringing a slice of the St. Croix Falls experience to northern Wisconsin. This location is fully staffed and ready to serve our “up north” neighbors, with plans for continued growth and updates.
